The 1€m European Healthy Stadia Programme

is part-funded by the European Union in the framework of Public Health, and includes nine Associate partners from Spain, Finland, Italy, Poland, Latvia, Ireland, Greece and the UK (2).

 

 

“Healthy Stadia are …..those which promote the health of visitors, fans, players, employees and the surrounding community… places where people can go to have a positive healthy experience playing or watching sport”

 

 

 

There are currently an additional 120 collaborative partners who are engaged in the Programme at varying levels, including sports stadia, Sport Governing Bodies (including UEFA) and government departments.
